- Mouth taping is good for oral/dental health and reduces or eliminates snoring. My mouth was definitely a lot less dry when I woke up!
Cons
- I'm not sure why there is a little hole in the middle, I don't think that's necessary
- It might be uncomfortable to take off for some people
- It takes a while to get used to mouth taping in general
- LEAVES STICKY RESIDUE ON SKIN which is very, very hard to get off. I spent quite a while trying to use oils, soaps, etc. to get the adhesive residue off my lips. I really wouldn't want to do that every morning
- Too expensive for what you're getting. You can get medical-grade micropore tape from a trusted brand for much less while getting much more quantity. I don't necessarily trust these generic brands or know what they're putting into their products
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT due mostly to the price and the troublesome adhesive leaving gluey bits on my face.
These are quite adhesive but effective. Moisten with a warm, damp washcloth before removal, as it aids the process. Additionally, I appreciate the small breathing hole.
