I’m genuinely impressed with the Adellina Dopamine Patches! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but after using them consistently, I’ve noticed a real difference in my mood, motivation, and overall focus throughout the day.

This is my first intro to mouth tape! I'm a huge mouth breather, so I was looking for a solution to help with this. As an added solution, it reduces snoring! These strips are huge, so It'll definitely cover your mouth. When I tried to breathe out of my mouth with these strips on, it was still possible but much more lessened, so no fears of not being able to breathe at all while I'm in the training phase. It did leave a white residue around my mouth in the morning, but nothing water can't fix.

This mouth tape is great because it is easy to put on because it is large enough to cover every bit of your mouth and then some. I sleep soundly without tape peeling off. Adhesive is good and keeps edges of mouth covered.

This tape is indeed all of the things it presents itself to be on the listing. It's hypoallergenic, breathable for those that cannot bring themselves to tape their mouths entirely shut, relatively easy and thus pain-free in removing the tape. Lastly it's latex free as it's made out of fabric material. The adhesive is skin-friendly but it does tend to wick moisture out of the skin. I've found that it helps to put a tiny bit of Chapstick or other emollients prior to taping.

All in all, I would've given it a perfect rating had it not been for its rather exorbitant price tag of around $20 for a pack of 30 tapes. As great as the tape is for the task at hand, it's just hard to justify that much premium over other medical tapes approved for skin use that are so much cheaper in comparison. 4 out of 5 stars, I'd highly recommend this to others if the math presented at around a quarter per tape or less.

Let's say if you were looking for a larger mouth strips, then, this is for you! They are the size of a credit card and they are much larger and much more effective than the brand you may be very familiar with using.

The larger format ensures your whole mouth is adequately covered, from left to right, and up and down.
