I didn’t understand why it didn’t stick the first time , then I realized that you have to take the backing off the circle. Not sure if anyone else had this issue but I would love the packaging to have more of a description for how to use .

They really work with cravings I use during the day . Makes me a little drowsy for a short time and I'm in a better mood on my way to work and I'm very alert throughout the day . Usually, I'm snacking throughout the day extremely hungry with three big meals that were very unhealthy. It's Dec 13,2025 and hopefully 🤞🏼 I'll lose some weight!!!!! The only thing I don't like about them is that they have a weird smell so you have to wash your hands right after you apply it and don't touch the area or you'll get it back onto your fingers, but the smell subsides after awhile
